Vighnesh is a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Prof. Olavo Abreu and wrestling coach, as well as a strength and conditioning specialist.
Vighnesh has trained under Prof. Olavo Abreu (3rd degree black belt) at Phuket Top Team, Thailand.
He started his journey in the art of Tae-kwon-do, winning medals at state level tournaments in Delhi, before shifting his focus to other sports.
He is also an American Council of Exercise certified trainer and is currently preparing himself as well as his fight team for BJJ and MMA tournaments in India and abroad.
Jitesh is the Kick Boxing Head instructor at ICSA and Specilaizes in stand up fiighting.
Jitesh started his training in Kickboxing in a Mumbai suburb, Kalyan at the age of 18. Within a few years, he was competing at state and national competitions and accumulating an impressive record.
Jitesh was a national kickboxer and his highest achievement was to play in Asian indor games 2009.
His striking style is based on in-and-out counter-striking, and mixing ranges and targets to create opportunities to land a finishing blow.
After winning medals at National kick boxing tournaments and international too like Indo- Sri Lanka, Asian Indoor games, he started training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, securing Gold medal at Sub continental tournament.
