The style of kickboxing we teach is also called the "Dutch" variety. Dutch kickboxing is the stand up striking art of avoiding getting hit while delivering punches and kicks to your opponent, utilizing mobility and fluid striking combinations. Unlike other styles of kickboxing, we also incorporate a wide range of clinch positions and techniques into our courses.
Kickboxing is the most dominant striking form for fighters and an essential tool for self defense too. And done under the correct guidance it's a very effective for staying fit due to its high intensity nature leading to very effective fat loss and cardiovascular development.
