Being primarily a professional fight team, we work on techniques that actually work, utilizing principles of physics and bio-mechanics. All our techniques have been tested at various tournaments and fights against high level opposition.
Even though, a vast majority of the students might never get into a combat situation. But nonetheless knowing and being prepared for situations is critical, whether it is a tournament or a real life situation.
Our emphasis will be to train all students irrespective of their age (whether 6 or 60 years old) and to train like an athlete, especially a MMA Fighter, resulting in maximizing their physical capability.
